In addition, we verify references, perform background checking, and assess each candidate to determine her or his level of enthusiasm about the opportunity. We discuss performance expectations, compensation, and work environment to give candidates an opportunity to withdraw from consideration if they feel the opportunity is not a good fit.
 
We also have developed and use innovative tools such as SubmittalCheck, a SAAS-based submittal authorization service that guarantees to you that all submitted candidates have been informed regarding pertinent job details and have expressly authorized the presenting staffing vendor to represent their interest in pursuing each position.
